Continua's approach to T-MTSS transforms entire organizations, from the superintendent and district leadership team to classrooms and paraeducators.
Building a sustainable MTSS framework relies on both layered technical systems and, most importantly, adaptive work. Continua guides teams to unpack the human dynamics that drive success, from collaboration, leadership behaviors, and team structures to professional learning communities (PLCs) and educator practices with students and each other.
By identifying where collective efficacy is strong and where practices can grow, districts gain a clear path toward deeper, more sustainable impact.

The Continua T-MTSS Rubric includes 10 domains for school leadership teams to assess practice and identify achievable goals. District and leadership teams select domains specific to their growth needs and agree upon rating where current practice is according to evidence. The ten domains are:
