Continua walks alongside school leaders at all levels to improve collaboration, leadership efficacy and job satisfaction.
We provide coaching to superintendents, principals, district and teacher leaders to align their communities around shared goals. Through listening sessions and transparent protocols, we increase understanding across staff and strengthen accountability. Together, we co-create strategic takeaways that support better decision-making, improved communication, and sustainable culture change.
The Continua T-MTSS Rubric includes 10 domains for school leadership teams to assess practice and identify achievable goals. District and leadership teams select domains specific to their growth needs and agree upon rating where current practice is according to evidence. The ten domains are:
